Summer Intern Programme

Colchester Global Investors will be running an 8-week summer internship programme, from 29th June – 21st August 2026. We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

• Investment Management Intern

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic recent graduate/current student who is looking to gain experience within their chosen field. Alongside working in their specific department, the programme will also give interns the opportunity to hear from other areas of the business and to gain a broad understanding of the various roles available in the asset management industry.

Investment Management Intern:

The Investment Management team are responsible for overseeing client portfolios and contributing to the investment process. The Intern will have the opportunity to learn more about Colchester’s investment philosophy and process and will gain exposure to portfolio construction, optimisation, and implementation. The Intern will support the team with their day-to-day responsibilities, including:

• Supporting with process or country requests;
• Macroeconomic analysis, data management;
• Conducting investment research;
• Performing ongoing country monitoring and producing country reports.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics or Finance preferred but not essential
• Computer literate with good MS Office Skills
• Strong Team Player, ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team
• Flexible with a can do attitude
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, able to demonstrate a good use of initiative.
